Infiltration tunnel Advantages and Functionality
The infiltration tunnel has a storage capacity of 300 l and replaces around 36 m of drainage pipe. The system can be extended flexibly using several tunnel modules and two end plates. The infiltration tunnel is installed in a single layer in the ground. It can sit beneath areas used by vehicles and is rated accordingly. Rainwater is fed from the building into the tunnel through pipework. There it is stored and then released evenly into the surrounding soil through openings in the sides.
